Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar moved audiences to tears with a stirring performance of Teri Mitti at the patriotic musical saga ‘Mera Desh Pehle: The Untold Story of PM Narendra Modi’ held in Gujarat on Friday.
The actor’s heartfelt rendition of the 2019 film Kesari track left the crowd visibly emotional. A particularly moving moment came when Akshay held the national flag close to his chest, symbolising his deep love and pride for India.

Dressed in a classic white kurta-pyjama paired with a saffron turban, Akshay’s attire perfectly matched the event’s patriotic spirit. His simple yet striking look accentuated the emotional depth of the performance, highlighting both tradition and national pride.
The Gujarat show followed the grand celebration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday on September 17, which featured the first presentation of Mera Desh Pehle at KD Jadhav Hall, Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi.
