Trump Shares AI Video of Himself in “KING TRUMP” Jet Amid Nationwide Protests

Former President Donald Trump escalated his online theatrics after spending the day golfing while millions of Americans marched in nationwide protests. Trump shared an AI-generated video on both his personal and official social media accounts showing himself as a monarch in command, flying a fighter jet labelled “KING TRUMP” above what appears to be Times Square, releasing brown liquid on demonstrators as Kenny Loggins’ “Danger Zone” played—a clear nod to the Top Gun films.

The protests, organised under the banner “No Kings”, reportedly drew nearly seven million participants nationwide, highlighting concerns over Trump’s political influence and conduct.

Political Reactions and Supporter Responses

Trump’s allies dismissed the demonstrations with ridicule and conspiratorial rhetoric. House Speaker Mike Johnson and other congressional Republicans labelled the rallies as “Hate America” events, while Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy suggested that participants included pro-Hamas or Antifa operatives, echoing previous claims of domestic terror threats.

Meanwhile, Republican supporters embraced the “king” imagery, sharing AI-created content depicting Trump in crowns and regal attire. Vice President JD Vance posted a video showing Trump wearing a crown and cape, with Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi, kneeling before him. Other Trump-linked accounts circulated mock Time magazine covers and AI-generated clips of him waving from the White House draped in red velvet.

Pattern of AI-Fueled Digital Stunts

This AI video is part of a broader pattern of digitally amplified posturing by Trump. In September, ahead of National Guard deployment preparations in Chicago, Trump shared an AI-generated image of himself in a cowboy hat and military fatigues, with helicopters over a fiery city skyline and the tagline “Chipocalypse Now”, referencing the 1979 film Apocalypse Now.

Such content illustrates how AI and digital media are increasingly leveraged to craft bold, provocative narratives in modern political campaigns.
