Bigg Boss 19’s Tanya Mittal Accused of Unpaid Styling Dues by Riddhima Sharma

Bigg Boss 19’s Tanya Mittal Accused of Unpaid Styling Dues by Riddhima Sharma

Bigg Boss 19 runner-up Tanya Mittal has been drawn into controversy after stylist Riddhima Sharma publicly accused her of unpaid dues and failing to return designer outfits supplied during the show. The allegations surfaced on Instagram, where Sharma posted a detailed account of her experience working with Mittal and her team.

Sharma stated that she supplied multiple sarees and lehengas over a week, all from premium brands, but neither payments nor acknowledgements were made. Emphasising the difference between a designer and a stylist, she said she personally sourced all the outfits, yet did not receive appreciation or timely settlement of bills.

She further alleged that Mittal’s team frequently pressured her with last-minute demands and threats of withholding payments unless specific outfit requests were fulfilled. Sharma claimed she often made urgent arrangements — even covering delivery charges herself — but still faced what she described as “attitude” and unprofessional behaviour.

Listing multiple instances of unpaid dues, including outfits for weekend episodes, the grand finale, and garments styled for Mittal’s brother, Sharma said she consistently delivered on time despite mounting difficulties. She also criticised the lack of respect shown to stylists, tailors and designers, pointing out that many of the outfits she provided were expensive, including a lehenga priced at ₹58,000.

The allegations come at a time when Tanya Mittal, a spiritual influencer and Bigg Boss 19’s 3rd runner-up, is receiving increased attention after the show. Mittal, who became known for her love of sarees and claimed to have taken nearly 800 into the house, has not yet publicly responded to the accusations.
