Euphoria Season 3 Wraps Filming Ahead of 2026 Release

Euphoria Season 3 Wraps Filming Ahead of 2026 Release

After an extended production period, the third season of HBO’s acclaimed drama Euphoria has officially wrapped filming. Cast and crew marked the completion with a wrap party in Los Angeles, where photos from the celebration quickly went viral across social media platforms.

Season three, which will premiere in spring 2026, arrives more than four years after the release of season two in early 2022. Filming began in February 2025 and continued for nine months, reflecting the show's commitment to high production values, complex storytelling and visually rich cinematography.

During an appearance at a Los Angeles panel event, actor Sydney Sweeney confirmed the wrap, sharing her excitement while maintaining secrecy about the upcoming storyline. “I wrapped last week. It’s very exciting. We have been filming since February,” she said.

Several cast members attended the wrap party, including Chloe Cherry, Nika King, James Landry Hebert and Daeg Faerch. Their presence highlighted the team effort behind one of television’s most visually distinctive and culturally impactful series.

Season three will feature eight episodes, maintaining the structure of previous seasons. Zendaya returns as Rue Bennett—a role that has earned her two Emmy Awards—alongside Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Hunter Schafer, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie and Maude Apatow. Colman Domingo will also appear as a guest star.

The upcoming season expands its ensemble with several new high-profile additions:
Natasha Lyonne, Eli Roth, Danielle Deadwyler, Trisha Paytas, Martha Kelly, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Toby Wallace join as series regulars. Special appearances will be made by Sharon Stone, Rosalia and Marshawn Lynch.
Adding to the anticipation, Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer will collaborate with Emmy-winning composer Labrinth on the score.

Created by Sam Levinson, Euphoria is widely praised for its unflinching exploration of identity, addiction, relationships and mental health, as well as its striking visual language. With its return set for 2026, the series remains one of the most awaited television events of the year.
