PM Modi Arrives in Vadodara for Major Gen Z Youth Outreach Event

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Vadodara on Monday for a major youth outreach programme aimed at engaging with Gen Z and young citizens.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to interact with young people at the university ground as part of a wider initiative focused on strengthening engagement with India's youth. The event has generated significant interest, with passes made available through BookMyShow reportedly selling out within an hour.

More than 42,000 people were also placed on the waiting list, underlining the strong response to the youth-focused programme in Vadodara.

The outreach comes shortly after Prime Minister Modi addressed students and young citizens at SRCC in Delhi during the institution's college centenary celebrations. During that address, he also launched a sharp political attack on the opposition.

The Vadodara event is part of a broader youth engagement strategy as the Prime Minister seeks to connect directly with younger generations and highlight their role in India's future development.

During his Gujarat visit, Prime Minister Modi is also expected to dedicate and take part in multiple development projects. The visit combines infrastructure and development initiatives with direct outreach to young citizens, with Vadodara emerging as a key stop on his Gujarat programme.

The strong demand for entry passes and the large waiting list reflect the scale of interest surrounding the Gen Z-focused event, which is expected to bring together thousands of young people for an interaction with the Prime Minister.
