Apple's long-rumoured foldable iPhone is back in the spotlight after luxury smartphone customisation brand Caviar published what it claims are exclusive renders and specifications of the upcoming device. The company refers to the handset as the iPhone 18 Ultra and says it will be unveiled on September 9, although Apple has not officially confirmed either the product or its launch date.

Caviar has already started accepting deposits for customised versions of the device, promising buyers priority delivery, limited-edition serial numbers and premium accessories. However, the company is known for creating luxury editions of flagship smartphones, so the information should be treated as speculation rather than official confirmation.

Despite the detailed product page and renders, Apple has not announced any foldable iPhone or confirmed a September launch event. Industry rumours have suggested the company has been working on foldable technology for several years, but no official details have been revealed.
