The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has officially released the Class 10 (SSLC) and Class 12 (PUC) exam timetable for the 2026 academic year. Students appearing for the board exams can now download the complete schedule from the board’s official website, kseab.karnataka.gov.in.

The announcement comes at a time when several state boards across India are finalising their 2026 exam dates, giving students a clearer roadmap for preparation as the academic year enters its final stretch.

SSLC Exam Dates 2026

For Class 10 students, the SSLC (batch 1) examinations will begin on March 18, 2026, starting with the First Language paper. The exams will continue until April 2, 2026, ending with Social Science.
The SSLC batch 2 exams are scheduled from May 18 to May 25, 2026, offering a second opportunity for students who need it.

The timetable includes core subjects like Science, Mathematics, Second Language, Third Language, and NSQF skill-based papers, along with Junior Technical School subjects.

PUC Exam Dates 2026

For Class 12 students, the PUC-1 examinations will commence on February 28, 2026, and conclude on March 17, 2026. The first day includes languages such as Kannada and Arabic, with the schedule spanning key subjects including Physics, Chemistry, History, Business Studies, Accountancy, Mathematics, Sociology, Economics and more.

The PUC-2 examinations will begin on April 25, 2026, and continue till May 9, 2026, covering major streams across Arts, Science and Commerce. Students will appear for English, Hindi, Physics, Business Studies, Sociology, Statistics, and a range of vocational and language subjects.

A Crucial Phase for Board Aspirants

With the release of the Karnataka Board datesheet, the countdown to the 2026 board exams has truly begun. Students now have a structured timeline to follow, making November and December pivotal months for revision, mock tests, and strengthening subject fundamentals.
