Shah Rukh Khan Helps Nitanshi Goel After Stage Trip at Filmfare 2025

Nitanshi Goel won the Best Debut Female award at the Filmfare Awards 2025 for her performance in 'Laapataa Ladies'. The ceremony, hosted by Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Karan Johar, became unforgettable when a heartwarming moment between the superstar and the young actress went viral.

As Nitanshi walked onto the stage to receive her award from Akshay Kumar, she tripped while holding Shah Rukh’s hand. Quick to act, Shah Rukh steadied her by holding both her hands. Wearing a flowing yellow gown, Nitanshi shared an emotional, teary-eyed moment with the superstar, who also helped adjust her dress before she moved forward. Later, Karan Johar hugged her, checked if she was okay, and affectionately kissed her on the head.

At just 18 years old, Nitanshi made her Bollywood debut with Kiran Rao’s 'Laapataa Ladies', a period drama set in 2001 in rural India. The film explores the story of two young brides separated during a train journey and stars Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Shrivastava, Chhaya Kadam, and Ravi Kishan in pivotal roles.

On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan is currently preparing for Siddharth Anand’s 'King', featuring an ensemble cast including Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhay Verma.

The viral clip of Shah Rukh helping Nitanshi has delighted fans across social media, highlighting the actor’s kindness and attentiveness, and creating one of the most memorable moments of Filmfare 2025.
