The couple’s romantic performance to ‘Tenu Le Ke Main Jawanga’ from Salaam-E-Ishq became the highlight of the night. In the viral video, Smriti places a garland around Palaash’s neck before the two begin their coordinated dance, drawing cheers from guests.
Another clip shows Palaash singing ‘Gulabi Aankhen’ on stage while Smriti watches with admiration, adding to the emotional charm of the evening.
The sangeet also featured a special group performance by the Indian women’s cricket team, who danced to ‘Tera Yaar Hoon Main’ in honour of Smriti. Their heartfelt gesture stood out as one of the most memorable moments of the night.
Earlier, pictures from the mehendi ceremony made waves online. Smriti chose a traditional purple outfit, while Palaash wore a cream kurta paired with an embroidered jacket.
