Tara Sutaria on Protecting Her Privacy After Confirming Relationship With Veer Pahariya

Actor Tara Sutaria has opened up about drawing firm boundaries around her personal life, shortly after confirming her relationship with Sky Force actor Veer Pahariya on Instagram.

Speaking to Hindustan Times, Tara said that despite being in the public eye, she chooses to reveal only what she feels comfortable sharing.
“I’m very protective of my personal life. I share what I’m comfortable with, and I keep the rest sacred,” she said.

The actor, who made her debut in 2019, added that with experience she has learned not to let scrutiny affect her.
“I navigate the attention that comes with fame with grace and perspective. I’ve learnt not to take everything personally and to focus on the love, not the noise.”

“My family keeps me grounded”

Tara shared that when public attention becomes overwhelming, she steps back and reconnects with her inner circle.
“I just step back, disconnect, and return to my core — my family and close friends keep me grounded and sane.”

Alongside discussing her personal boundaries, the actor reflected on her professional choices. Tara explained that she is selective about the projects she takes on.

“I want my choices to reflect quality and honesty. I don’t want to rush. I want to grow with every project I take on,” she said, adding that authenticity remains her guiding principle despite industry pressures.

She also admitted that taking fewer roles isn’t always easy but feels right creatively:
“I’d rather wait for the right story than take on something that doesn’t feel authentic.”
