India’s rapidly evolving digital ecosystem is increasingly being shaped by artificial intelligence, with business leaders placing strong emphasis on building an AI-ready workforce as a key driver of future growth. As organisations across sectors accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies, upskilling employees and embedding ethical AI practices have emerged as central priorities for long-term competitiveness.

As a result, organisations across industries are ramping up efforts to reskill and upskill their workforce. Companies in logistics, banking, education technology, advertising, and other sectors are offering foundational and advanced generative AI training programmes to bridge skill gaps. Many firms are re-evaluating how they train employees and redefining the skills required for entry-level roles, signalling a structural shift in talent strategies.
