ICAI Releases Revised CA Exam Schedule for Nepal Candidates

Postponed Chartered Accountants Final and Intermediate exams in Kathmandu now have new dates; original admit cards remain valid.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced a revised schedule for the postponed CA Final and Intermediate Examinations to be held in Kathmandu, Nepal. Candidates can check the updated timetable on ICAI’s official website: www.icai.org.

The exams will continue at the originally planned venue: DAV Sushil Kedia Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Kathmandu. Exam timings remain the same for most papers, running from 2 pm to 5 pm, except for CA Final Paper-6, which will be held from 2 pm to 6 pm.


Revised CA Intermediate Exam Schedule (Group I & II)

  • Taxation (Group I, Paper 3): September 9 → October 5, 2025 (Sunday)

  • Cost and Management Accounting (Group II, Paper 4): September 11 → October 7, 2025 (Tuesday)

  • Auditing and Ethics (Group II, Paper 5): September 13 → October 9, 2025 (Thursday)

  • Financial Management and Strategic Management (Group II, Paper 6): September 15 → October 11, 2025 (Saturday)

Revised CA Final Exam Schedule (Group II)

  • Direct Tax Laws & International Taxation (Paper 4): September 10 → October 6, 2025 (Monday)

  • Indirect Tax Laws (Paper 5): September 12 → October 8, 2025 (Wednesday)

  • Integrated Business Solutions (Paper 6): September 14 → October 10, 2025 (Friday)

ICAI has confirmed that previously issued admit cards remain valid for the revised dates. Candidates must carry their original admit cards to the exam centre.

The institute also clarified that there will be no changes to the schedule, even if any rescheduled dates coincide with public or local holidays declared by the Central or State Government, or local authorities.

Students are advised to visit the ICAI website regularly for the latest updates and notifications.
