KBC 17: Pallavi Niphadkar Shares Struggle with Seven Miscarriages and Adoption Journey

In a heartfelt episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, pre-primary teacher Pallavi Niphadkar opened up about enduring seven miscarriages and how adoption brought joy into her life.

Pallavi, originally an electronics engineer from Pune, transitioned to teaching due to health concerns. On the show, she candidly shared her challenges with sustaining pregnancies, saying that while conceiving wasn’t difficult, carrying a child to term was. Over seven years of marriage, she experienced multiple pregnancy losses, with some babies surviving up to six months before complications arose.

She also highlighted the unwavering support of her husband, who stood by her through life-threatening complications, emphasizing the importance of hope and resilience. Eventually, the couple adopted a baby girl, bringing positivity to their lives. Pallavi later conceived naturally and welcomed their second daughter.

During the episode, she advanced to the Rs 50,000 question and became a rollover contestant for the next show. She requested host Amitabh Bachchan to invite her daughters in the upcoming episode, a moment eagerly anticipated by viewers.
