Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar Look Praised by Preetisheel Singh, Calls Him ‘Man of the Hour’
Makeup and character designer Preetisheel Singh D’Souza has applauded Ranveer Singh’s transformative performance in Dhurandhar, sharing a heartfelt Instagram post along with behind-the-scenes images from their collaboration.
In her note, Preetisheel highlighted the actor’s remarkable dedication, consistency and ability to fully immerse himself into every role. Calling Ranveer the “man of the hour”, she praised how he continues to surprise her despite their long working history across multiple major projects.
“We’ve worked on so many projects together, and somehow you still manage to keep things fresh with your consistency, focus, and the way you immerse yourself into every role… Dhurandhar was simply taking it to the next level,” she wrote.
She also spoke about their years of trust, teamwork, shared humour and creative growth, adding that she is “always rooting” for him in his artistic journey.
Preetisheel Singh D’Souza—widely regarded as India’s leading character designer—has crafted iconic looks for several major films, including Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat, Pushpa: The Rise, Andhadhun, Haider, Mom, Bala, and Master. A National Award winner, she runs Da Makeup Lab, India’s top prosthetic and makeup studio, with her husband Mark D’Souza.
Her tribute adds to mounting praise for Ranveer Singh’s striking presence in Dhurandhar, which is being hailed as one of his most powerful performances in recent years.
