Pre-wedding festivities began on February 24 and are part of a three-day celebration culminating in the wedding on February 26. Reports suggest that the couple will conduct ceremonies honouring both Telugu and Kodava traditions.

The guest list has been kept intimate, with close friends and selected members of the Telugu film industry in attendance. Among those reportedly invited are director Tharun Bhascker, actor Eesha Rebba, actor-director Rahul Ravindran and stylist Shravya Varma. Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga is also expected to attend.

On February 25, the couple will host haldi and mehendi ceremonies. The celebrations began with fun activities aligned with the wedding theme “Virosh,” reflecting the couple’s playful bond and close-knit family environment.

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda first met in 2017 while filming Geetha Govindam. Their on-screen chemistry made them fan favourites, and they later reunited for Dear Comrade, further strengthening their popularity among audiences.

The duo will next be seen together in Ranabaali, directed by Rahul Sankrityan, scheduled for release on September 11, 2026.
