The Andhra Pradesh government has significantly expanded its Mana Mitra WhatsApp-based governance platform, making 1,126 government services available across 35 departments as part of its broader push toward AI-enabled public administration.
According to an official release, the platform has already served 58.2 lakh citizens and handled more than 3.42 crore service sessions, reducing the need for people to visit government offices or navigate multiple departmental portals.
Mana Mitra is designed to provide citizens with a single digital interface for accessing government services directly through WhatsApp.
Officials said the platform now delivers services from 35 government departments, making public service delivery faster and more accessible.
