Ranveer Singh, Shilpa Shetty and Celebs Visit Lalbaugcha Raja

Actor Ranveer Singh was among several Bollywood celebrities who visited Mumbai’s Lalbaugcha Raja during Ganesh Chaturthi to offer prayers to Lord Ganesha. Wearing a white kurta-pyjama, Ranveer sought Bappa’s blessings and greeted devotees and fans gathered outside the popular pandal.

His visit was part of a series of celebrity appearances at Lalbaugcha Raja during this year’s festival. Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh, Shilpa Shetty, producer Ektaa Kapoor and actor Sidharth Malhotra also visited the pandal and offered prayers.

Ranveer was seen interacting with people inside the venue before leaving in his SUV. He waved at the crowd and blew flying kisses to fans as he departed.

The actor is currently working on his upcoming film Pralay. He was last seen in Dhurandhar: The Revenge, which reportedly crossed Rs 1,800 crore worldwide. Ranveer and Deepika Padukone, who married in 2018, welcomed their daughter Dua in September 2024.

Lalbaugcha Raja remains one of Mumbai’s most prominent Ganesh Chaturthi attractions. The idol, first installed in 1934, is popularly associated with the name Navsacha Ganpati because of devotees’ belief that prayers made there are fulfilled. The pandal attracts large crowds every year during the festival.
