This Scholarship Covers 100% Fees for Medical and Tech Students; Apply by Dec 31

The Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation has opened applications for its Scholarships for the 2025–26 academic year, offering 100% fee reimbursement to eligible first-year students pursuing medical, engineering, technology and management programmes.

The scholarship scheme, part of Federal Bank’s corporate social responsibility initiative, is aimed at supporting meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds by covering tuition fees and essential academic expenses.

COURSES COVERED UNDER THE SCHOLARSHIP

Applications are invited from students admitted in the first year of study (2025–26 session) in the following professional courses:

• MBBS

• BDS

• BVSc

• BE / BTech

• BArch

• BSc Nursing

• BSc Agriculture

• Full-time MBA / PGDM

Only students who have secured merit-based admission in recognised institutions are eligible to apply.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a native of Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu or Telangana

• Admission must be in a government, aided, government-recognised self-financing or autonomous college

• Annual family income should not exceed Rs 3 lakh

• Dependent wards of martyred Armed Forces personnel are eligible without any income limit

• Students with speech, vision, hearing or physical disabilities are eligible

• One seat in each discipline is reserved for physically challenged candidates

SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT AND BENEFITS

Selected students will receive 100% reimbursement of tuition fees and academic expenses, subject to a maximum cap of Rs 1 lakh per year, applicable for the normal duration of the course.

Additional benefits include reimbursement for digital learning devices:

• Laptop or PC: up to Rs 40,000

• Tablet: up to Rs 30,000

All benefits together will remain within the annual Rs 1 lakh limit.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Eligible students must apply online only through the official scholarship portal:

• Visit the Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship Portal

• Upload required documents including admission letter, fee structure, mark sheets, income and nativity certificates, ID proof and medical certificates where applicable

• Documents must be uploaded in PDF format, except the photograph

Selection will be based on academic merit, income criteria, document verification, and a personal interaction at designated centres. The final list of selected candidates will be published on the official website.

DEADLINE TO APPLY

The last date to submit applications is December 31, 2025. Applicants are advised to keep a printed copy of the submitted form for future reference.
