• Teacher training qualification (BTC / B.El.Ed / equivalent)

• Minimum 50% marks (as per rules)

Upper Primary Level (Class 6–8)

• Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (relaxation as per norms)
• B.Ed / BTC / B.El.Ed or equivalent
• Special education candidates also eligible
