BNW Developments Partners with Radisson Hotel Group for RAK Central Hotel and Residences

BNW Developments has partnered with Radisson Hotel Group to launch a Radisson Blu hotel and branded residences in RAK Central, a major mixed-use district under development in Ras Al Khaimah. The announcement was made in Dubai on February 17, 2026, marking a significant addition to the emirate’s evolving real estate and hospitality landscape.

The project will feature Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central, comprising 361 rooms, alongside Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, offering 222 branded homes designed to combine luxury living with hotel-style services.

Mixed-Use Design with Premium Amenities

The hotel will form part of a mixed-use structure built above retail outlets and cinema spaces. Planned amenities include:

  • Five food and beverage outlets

  • Meeting and event facilities

  • Rooftop terrace and pool bar

  • Spa and fitness centre

  • Business lounge

  • Children’s club

The adjacent residences will provide hotel-managed services, allowing homeowners access to hospitality benefits such as concierge support, housekeeping, and maintenance — a growing trend in branded residential living.

RAK Central: A Shift Beyond Tourism-Led Growth

RAK Central is being developed as a commercial and lifestyle hub aimed at diversifying Ras Al Khaimah’s economy beyond tourism-driven destinations like Al Marjan Island. The district is envisioned as an integrated environment where business, leisure, and residential living coexist.

BNW Developments’ Chairman and Founder, Dr. Ankur Aggarwal, described the project as a defining milestone in the company’s long-term vision for Ras Al Khaimah, emphasizing its focus on global standards and sustainable investor returns.

Co-Founder and Managing Director Dr. Vivek Anand Oberoi added that the development is designed to enhance investor confidence while elevating everyday living standards through international branding and integrated urban planning.

Radisson Signals Confidence in Ras Al Khaimah

Elie Milky, Chief Development Officer for Radisson Hotel Group across the Middle East and surrounding regions, said the partnership reflects strong confidence in Ras Al Khaimah’s growth trajectory. He noted that the project will deliver a premium hospitality and residential experience backed by global service standards.

Growing Trend of Branded Residences in the UAE

The collaboration reflects a broader UAE real estate trend in which developers partner with global hospitality brands to deliver branded residences. These properties attract investors and international buyers seeking:

  • Brand-backed management

  • Rental income potential

  • Hospitality-level amenities

  • Enhanced resale value

BNW Developments currently oversees more than 10 projects in Ras Al Khaimah with a gross development value exceeding AED 32 billion, positioning it as one of the largest private developers in the emirate.

Construction timelines and pricing details are yet to be announced, but the project underscores Ras Al Khaimah’s expanding appeal as a destination for integrated urban development and international investment.
