CTET February Answer Key 2026 Released: Check Paper 1 & 2 Response Sheet

The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the CTET February Answer Key 2026 for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test on the official portal.

Candidates who appeared for the CTET February 2026 examination can now download the provisional answer key and response sheet to estimate their scores.

The exam was conducted on February 7 and 8, 2026, while the answer key was released on March 12, 2026.

  • Application Start Date: November 27, 2025

  • Last Date to Apply: December 18, 2025

  • Correction Window: December 23–26, 2025

  • Final Form Submission: December 27–30, 2025

  • Exam Date: February 7–8, 2026

  • Exam City Intimation: January 23, 2026

  • Admit Card Release: February 5, 2026

  • Answer Key Release: March 12, 2026

  • Objection Last Date: March 15, 2026

Candidates are advised to verify all information from the official CTET website.

CTET Eligibility Criteria

Level 1 (Class 1–5)

Candidates must have:

  • Passed Class 12 (Intermediate)

  • Completed D.El.Ed / JBT / B.El.Ed / B.Ed teaching qualification

Level 2 (Class 6–8)

Candidates must have:

  • Graduation Degree

  • B.Ed or B.El.Ed qualification

There is no age limit for appearing in the CTET examination as per CBSE rules.

Application Fee

Paper I Only

  • General / OBC: ₹1000

  • SC / ST / PwD: ₹500

Both Paper I & II

  • General / OBC: ₹1200

  • SC / ST / PwD: ₹600

Payments could be made online through debit card, credit card, internet banking, IMPS or mobile wallet.

How to Download CTET February Answer Key 2026

Candidates can follow these steps to check their answer key:

  1. Visit the official CTET website.

  2. Go to the Answer Key / Candidate Response Sheet section.

  3. Click on CTET February 2026 Answer Key link.

  4. Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth.

  5. View your answer key and response sheet.

  6. Download the PDF for reference and calculate your expected score.

Raise Objections to Answer Key

Candidates who find discrepancies in the provisional answer key can submit objections.

The objection window is open until March 15, 2026. After reviewing challenges submitted by candidates, the exam authority will release the final answer key along with the result.
