Jr NTR is leaving no stone unturned as he sculpts a lean, defined physique for his upcoming collaboration with director Prashanth Neel, reportedly titled ‘Dragon’. A new video of the actor’s rigorous gym session has taken social media by storm, showcasing his dedication and transformation for the role.
In the clip, Jr NTR focuses on his upper body, particularly his biceps, displaying a leaner, stronger physique. Fans have praised his commitment, sparking speculation about the scale of his role and the intense action sequences planned for the film.
‘Dragon’ is described as a high-octane action thriller, with reports of a massive house set built exclusively for Jr NTR’s character at an estimated cost of Rs 15 crore. The film, produced by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts, stars Rukmini Vasanth alongside Jr NTR, with music composed by Ravi Basrur. The release is slated for June 25, 2026.
Jr NTR is expected to begin the film’s second shooting schedule in the first week of September, continuing his physically demanding preparation for the action-packed sequences.
Meanwhile, the actor’s last appearance was in his Bollywood debut, War 2, part of Yash Raj Films’ spy universe, co-starring Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, and Ashutosh Rana.
