NTA Exam Calendar 2026-27: JEE Main From Jan 22, UGC-NET Dec 14

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released its tentative examination calendar for December 2026 to March 2027, covering major exams including UGC-NET, JEE Main, CMAT, CUET-PG and Joint CSIR-UGC NET.

The December 2026 UGC-NET session is scheduled from December 14 to 19, with December 20 and 21 kept as buffer dates. Joint CSIR-UGC NET is planned for December 20 and 21. JEE Main 2027 Session 1 is scheduled on January 22, 23, 24, 28, 29 and 30, with January 31 as a buffer date.

The Army Cadets College examination is listed for January 4, while CMAT is scheduled for February 7. NITTT Part 1 is planned for February 26 and 27, followed by Part 2 on March 5 and 7. CUET-PG 2027 is scheduled to be conducted over 17 days in March.


NTA has clarified that the calendar is tentative and dates may change due to administrative, academic, statutory, logistical or unforeseen circumstances. The calendar is not a formal examination notification.

Candidates have been advised to follow the official NTA website and individual examination portals for confirmed dates, application details and other updates. Separate information bulletins will be issued for each examination.
