Joshi stressed the need to further strengthen security arrangements while ensuring that national-level examinations are conducted efficiently and transparently. The discussions also covered coordination among different stakeholders involved in the examination process.

Timely communication with students and examination aspirants was another focus of the review. Clear and timely information can help candidates understand examination-related procedures and reduce uncertainty during the preparation and examination stages.

The review comes as the NTA prepares to conduct several national-level entrance and eligibility examinations. The agency is responsible for managing examination processes and related arrangements for a range of higher education and eligibility tests.

The minister also emphasised the importance of ensuring a seamless and student-friendly experience for candidates appearing in upcoming examinations.
