PSG Extend Luis Enrique Contract Until 2030, Five Players Sign New Deals

Paris Saint-Germain have extended the contract of head coach Luis Enrique until 2030, rewarding the Spanish manager after one of the most successful periods in the club's history.

Luis Enrique, who joined PSG in July 2023, has agreed to a three-year contract extension. His previous deal was set to expire at the end of the current season.

The 56-year-old has enjoyed remarkable success in Paris, winning 13 trophies during his time with the French champions. His achievements include three Ligue 1 titles and two UEFA Champions League trophies.

Luis Enrique guided PSG to their first-ever Champions League title in 2025 after a 5-0 victory over Inter Milan in the final. He later led the club to another European title after defeating Arsenal in the following season's final.

The former Barcelona and Spain national team manager also guided PSG to six trophies during the 2024-25 campaign and took the French side to the final of the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup in the United States.

Along with extending Luis Enrique's contract, PSG have also secured the futures of five first-team players.

Joao Neves, Willian Pacho, Lucas Beraldo and Senny Mayulu have all signed new contracts that will keep them at the club until 2031. Fabian Ruiz has agreed to a deal running until 2028, with an option to extend it by another year.

Neves has established himself as an important player since joining PSG from Benfica in 2024, making 100 appearances for the club. Ecuadorian defender Pacho has also become a regular after arriving from Eintracht Frankfurt in the same year.

Beraldo joined PSG from Sao Paulo in January 2024, while Mayulu developed through the club's academy after joining at the age of 12.

Spanish midfielder Ruiz joined PSG from Napoli in 2022 and has made 171 appearances for the club, contributing 16 goals and 28 assists.

The announcement comes as PSG continue their domestic and European campaign. The French champions will face Monaco in Ligue 1 before beginning their UEFA Champions League title defence against Slovan Bratislava.

With Luis Enrique now committed until 2030 and several important players tied down on long-term contracts, PSG have made a major statement about their plans to maintain their dominance in French football and continue competing at the highest level in Europe.
