UGC NET 2026 Re-Exam Admit Card Out for English, Commerce and Sociology

The National Testing Agency has released the UGC-NET June 2026 re-examination admit cards for candidates appearing in English, Commerce and Sociology. Candidates scheduled to take these papers can now download their hall tickets through the official UGC-NET portal.

The re-examination for the three subjects is scheduled to be conducted on September 9 and September 10, 2026. Candidates are advised to download their admit cards before the examination date and carefully verify all the information mentioned on them.

To download the UGC-NET 2026 re-exam admit card, candidates need to visit the official UGC-NET website and select the link for the June 2026 admit card. They must then enter their application number, date of birth or other required login credentials. After submitting the details, candidates can access and download their hall tickets.

Candidates should check their name, roll number, examination date, shift, reporting time and examination centre details after downloading the admit card. A printed copy of the hall ticket should be carried to the examination centre.

Candidates must also follow the examination-day instructions mentioned on the admit card, including reporting requirements and rules regarding permitted items at the examination centre.

The National Testing Agency has clarified that the advance city intimation slip issued earlier is different from the UGC-NET admit card. The city intimation slip only provides information about the examination city, while the admit card contains complete details regarding the examination centre and other exam-related instructions.

The re-examination of English, Commerce and Sociology has been scheduled after concerns were raised regarding errors in the question papers. A committee examined the issues and identified factual, typographical, translation and grammatical errors in the three subjects.

Following the review, the three papers were recommended for re-examination. Candidates appearing for English, Commerce and Sociology should continue checking the official UGC-NET portal for any further updates or instructions before their examination dates.
