SSC CHSL Recruitment 2026: Apply for 2,536 10+2 Level Posts

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the 2026 Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) recruitment for 2,536 posts. The online application process began on September 7, 2026, and eligible candidates can submit their forms until October 7. The last date for fee payment is October 8, while the correction window will remain open from October 14 to 16. The examination schedule will be announced separately.

Candidates must generally have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board. For Data Entry Operator (DEO) posts, candidates are required to have completed Class 12 in the Science stream with Mathematics as one of the subjects, subject to the post-specific requirements.

The prescribed age limit is 18 to 27 years as of August 1, 2026, with age relaxation applicable to eligible categories according to SSC rules. The application fee is ₹100 for General, OBC and EWS candidates, while SC, ST and female candidates are exempt.

The selection process will consist of Tier-I and Tier-II examinations. Candidates interested in the recruitment should complete their applications through the official SSC website before the deadline and carefully verify the notification for eligibility, age relaxation and other requirements.
