Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor Join Ganpati Visarjan With Raha

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor came together for their family’s Ganpati visarjan, marking the conclusion of their festive celebrations with prayers, chants and a traditional farewell to Bappa.

Videos from the celebration showed Ranbir greeting the paparazzi before the immersion procession. The actor was seen distributing sweets and calling Neetu, Alia and his daughter Raha for pictures. Dressed in a rust-orange kurta and white trousers, Ranbir walked barefoot while carrying the decorated Ganpati idol.

Alia joined the procession in a pink-and-green traditional outfit and was seen holding Raha during the rituals, while Neetu Kapoor, dressed in blue, accompanied the family with a puja thali. The family also chanted “Ganpati Bappa Morya” together as dhol beats played during the procession.

The Kapoor family kept the celebration relatively intimate, with the focus on prayers and family traditions. Moments from the visarjan quickly circulated on social media, drawing attention from fans.

On the work front, Ranbir is preparing for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana: Part One, scheduled for a Diwali release in India. Alia, meanwhile, was recently seen in Alpha and is associated with the upcoming film Don’t Be Shy.

For once, the paparazzi got something sweeter than a celebrity pose—literally.
