Rise & Fall 2 has entered a fresh phase of power struggles after former Roadies contestant Siwet Tomar was removed from the reality show following a physical clash with Shehzad Poonawalla. His exit has left the Penthouse divided and intensified the competition between Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Tej Pratap Yadav and Irina Rudakova for the Ultimate Ruler position.
Siwet’s removal created immediate tension among the contestants. Actor Swara Bhasker criticised the decision, calling the eviction “absolute bulls**t”, while Karan Patel also expressed support for Siwet. After returning to the Penthouse, Shehzad found himself involved in another confrontation, this time with Priyanka, after an argument over personal remarks.
Three-way battle for Ultimate Ruler
The competition became more complicated after the Red Room was activated. The Rulers were asked to select Workers for the two-round “Asli Ya Nakli” task.
Tej Pratap selected Kajal Raghwani, Irina chose Anish Bhagat, while Priyanka picked Kaira Anu. The task quickly created new tensions inside the house, particularly after Gautam Gulati decided to sabotage Priyanka’s chances.
The decision surprised Priyanka and put their perceived alliance under pressure. She questioned Gautam’s choice as the task unfolded, adding another layer to the already complicated relationships inside the Penthouse.
Tej Pratap, meanwhile, gained an important advantage when Kajal delivered a winning performance in the first round. The victory gave Tej the power to eliminate a rival contender from the Ultimate Ruler race, potentially changing the balance of power in the house.
Basement tensions add to the drama
The drama was not limited to the Penthouse. Contestants in the Basement also faced a financial valuation task that sparked heated exchanges.
Gautam Gulati received the highest valuation at Rs 3 lakh, while Kajal Raghwani was valued at Rs 75,000, the lowest among the Workers. Kajal was repeatedly described as one of the weaker players, leading to arguments among the contestants.
With Siwet no longer in the competition, the dynamics have shifted significantly. Priyanka, Tej and Irina now find themselves at the centre of the race for control, while alliances across the Penthouse and Basement continue to evolve.
Produced by Banijay Asia, Rise & Fall Season 2 streams daily at 12 noon on Prime Video and MX Player.
