NSE IPO Allotment Status, Listing Date and Expected Price

The NSE IPO allotment is scheduled to be finalised on September 22, 2026, after the Rs 22,561.57 crore issue received 5.71 times subscription during its three-day bidding window. The public offer, which ran from September 17 to September 21, comprised an offer for sale of 12.64 crore shares with a price band of Rs 1,700 to Rs 1,785 per share.

Investors can check their allotment status through the BSE website or the IPO registrar MUFG Intime India. On the BSE platform, applicants need to select the equity segment, choose NSE, and enter their application number and PAN. On the registrar’s portal, status can be checked using the application number, demat account number or PAN.

The IPO is scheduled to list on the BSE on September 24. The lot size was fixed at eight shares, meaning a retail investor applying at the upper price band needed Rs 14,280 for one lot. The issue also included a reservation of up to 4,33,437 shares for employees, along with a Rs 170 discount on the issue price.

The latest grey market premium cited for September 22 was Rs 65. At the upper issue price of Rs 1,785, this indicated a notional listing price of around Rs 1,850, or a 3.64% premium. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator of market sentiment and does not guarantee the actual listing price, which will be determined once trading begins.
