Hanuman Ansh Enters Bollywood Top 3, Beats Mirzapur at Box Office

Hanuman Ansh has entered the top three highest-grossing Bollywood films worldwide in 2026 after surpassing Mirzapur: The Movie and Bhooth Bangla. The Vishal Chaturvedi-directed devotional drama has earned Rs 279.80 crore worldwide by Day 39, despite opening at just Rs 10 lakh and reportedly being made on a budget of around Rs 2 crore.

The film added Rs 8.25 crore nett in India on its 39th day, taking its domestic nett collection to Rs 222.88 crore. Its India gross stands at Rs 263.30 crore, while overseas earnings have contributed Rs 16.50 crore. The worldwide total has now reached Rs 279.80 crore.

Mirzapur: The Movie had collected Rs 273.64 crore worldwide by Day 11, while Bhooth Bangla has earned around Rs 270 crore. Although both films reached major milestones much faster, Hanuman Ansh has achieved its position through an unusually long and consistent theatrical run.

On the 2026 worldwide Bollywood chart, Dhurandhar 2 leads with Rs 1,813.11 crore, followed by Border 2 at Rs 464.50 crore. Hanuman Ansh is now third, ahead of Mirzapur: The Movie and Bhooth Bangla.

The film's sixth week has remained particularly strong. It earned Rs 10.50 crore on Friday, Rs 18.50 crore on Saturday and Rs 22.50 crore on Sunday before adding another Rs 8.25 crore on Monday. Its overall occupancy on Monday stood at 26.04 per cent.

With Rs 279.80 crore worldwide, Hanuman Ansh now needs approximately Rs 20.2 crore more to cross the Rs 300-crore mark. Its rise from a modest Rs 10-lakh opening to becoming one of 2026's biggest Hindi theatrical successes has made its box-office journey an exceptional one.
