Farrhana Bhatt Bigg Boss 19: Actor Rejects Bhaskar Bhatt Dating Rumours, Questions Gaurav Khanna’s Win

Bigg Boss 19 first runner-up Farrhana Bhatt has firmly denied social media claims suggesting she was being “pushed” on the show by rumoured boyfriend Bhaskar Bhatt, calling the speculation baseless and “nonsensical.” The actor addressed the controversy shortly after stepping out of the Bigg Boss house, where fans flocked to her for selfies and congratulations.

During the season, online discussions frequently alleged that Bhaskar — a former employee of the production house behind Bigg Boss — was influencing her progression on the show. Speaking to India Today, Farrhana laughed off the rumours and clarified that Bhaskar had neither the role nor the intention to provide her any advantage.

She explained that Bhaskar had only advised her to “be vocal” and be herself on the show. “If someone wasn’t even sure I would last three weeks, how would they push me till the finale—and why?” she said. Farrhana added that she had met Bhaskar only a couple of times before the show and that the internet’s attempts to craft a love angle were entirely untrue.

Offering more context, she recalled that Bhaskar had contacted her two years ago regarding Bigg Boss but they never followed up because she was busy shooting. She had saved his number as “Bigg Boss” at the time, not fully aware who he was. Her eventual selection this year, she clarified, came through proper auditions and multiple interview rounds.

The conversation then shifted to Gaurav Khanna’s Bigg Boss 19 win. Farrhana maintained her long-held stance that Khanna “did nothing” throughout the season and won solely due to his massive fanbase. She criticised what she saw as inconsistency between his behaviour inside the house and the ideals he portrayed as a television star.

Despite missing the trophy, Farrhana said she feels fulfilled. “I won people’s love. That means more to me than anything else. My goal was always to win hearts, not just the trophy,” she shared.
